Beginning of a new year...

So now it's the beginning of a new school year. I am so not looking forward to homework, but I'm so excited about seeing my friends. I still swim, and am going to play in the band, and I am also going to do soccer! Poo. I don't know what to say. Err....

Germany!!!

Here are my pictures from Germany. We went to so many places. It was a great trip, and I hope that everyone could go. The Neushwanstein and Linderhof castles were amazing. We also went to the Hofbrauhaus, Lego Land, the Zugspitz, and the Deutsche Museum. I don't recommend Lego Land for anyone over 13, because I had an ok time, but don't want to go back. It was geared more toward young kids.

Hi!

Sorry I haven't written in a while, because though I have nothing to do, I haven't had the time to write anything. I just got back from camp in Kidderminster, England at midnight last night, and have done nothing all day except to pack for going to Germany tomorrow morning. As we have to get up at 3, I am not going to write anything tomorrow. I can't wait to go to Lego Land! I am going to post pictures as soon as I find the long missing cord for my camera. An amazing fact about this summer is that I haven't seen a single one of my friends. I do skype with 2 of them here, but I want to see them. I have read some great books this summer, including:

Little Women, by Louisa May Alcott- Emma, by Jane Austen- Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austen- Sense and Sensibility, by Jane Austen- Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, and Midnight Sun, by Stephanie Meyer- Journey to the River Sea, by Eva Ibbotson- Journey to the Center of the Earth, by Jules Verne- The Goose Girl, by Shannon Hale- and Small Steps, by Louis Sacher

I have also been training on the swim team, and babysitting. I'll post about Germany when I get back!

Swimming!!!

So we just got back from the swim meet in Rota, Spain. It was a lot of fun, and I really like swimming now. I'm on the NATO swim team, and we are the Lisbon Bullsharks.

I got 2nd in the 100 brest, 3rd in the 100 free, and 3rd in the 50 free. I ended up taking 10 whole seconds off of my time for 50 free, and improved all my other times. :)

The only problem is that i still have 2 weeks of school and homework. :P

Hehe, I'm supposed to be doing French and English homework now.
